Algunos ver\u00e1n ingresos algo m\u00e1s altos, otros notar\u00e1n nuevas deducciones, y los departamentos de RRHH y n\u00f3mina tienen trabajo por delante para garantizar el cumplimiento. Te explicamos los tres grandes cambios que no puedes pasar por alto.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El SMI sube a 1.221 euros: retroactividad incluida<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El Salario M\u00ednimo Interprofesional para 2026 se sit\u00faa en 17.094 euros brutos anuales, distribuidos en 14 pagas de 1.221 euros al mes, exentos de tributaci\u00f3n en el IRPF.&nbsp; El incremento, del 3,1% respecto a 2025, fue aprobado el 17 de febrero y tiene car\u00e1cter retroactivo desde el 1 de enero de 2026, lo que significa que las empresas deben abonar la diferencia correspondiente al mes de enero&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/perladoasesores.com\/existe-obligacion-pagar-atrasos-convenio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">como atraso salarial<\/a>, equivalente a unos 37 euros brutos.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el punto de vista de la gesti\u00f3n de n\u00f3minas, la clave est\u00e1 en revisar el salario total de cada empleado en c\u00f3mputo anual y teniendo en cuenta todos los conceptos salariales, no solo el salario&nbsp;base,&nbsp; (Leialta) para identificar qui\u00e9n est\u00e1 por debajo del nuevo umbral legal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El MEI sube al 0,9%: m\u00e1s coste para empresa y trabajador<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de 2026, el&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wolterskluwer.com\/es-es\/expert-insights\/mecanismo-de-equidad-intergeneracional-que-es#:~:text=n%C3%B3mina%20cambian%20ligeramente.-,%C2%BFCu%C3%A1nto%20costar%C3%A1%20el%20Mecanismo%20de%20Equidad%20Intergeneracional%20en%202026?,empresa%20(el%200,75%25)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mecanismo de Equidad Intergeneracional alcanza un tipo global del 0,90% sobre la base de cotizaci\u00f3n<\/a>. Ese porcentaje se reparte entre empresa y trabajador, y su impacto var\u00eda seg\u00fan el nivel salarial: los trabajadores que cotizan por la base m\u00e1xima pueden ver reducida su n\u00f3mina hasta en 95 euros al a\u00f1o.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No se trata de un cambio puntual. El MEI se mantendr\u00e1 al menos hasta 2032y el porcentaje se ir\u00e1 incrementando progresivamente cada a\u00f1o,&nbsp;por lo que las empresas deben incorporarlo en sus proyecciones de masa salarial a medio plazo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bases m\u00e1ximas de cotizaci\u00f3n: impacto en los salarios m\u00e1s altos<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La subida de bases m\u00e1ximas de cotizaci\u00f3n afecta especialmente a perfiles de alta direcci\u00f3n y t\u00e9cnicos&nbsp;especializados, incrementando&nbsp;el coste laboral total para las empresas m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de lo que refleja el salario bruto acordado. Simular escenarios sobre el impacto real en la masa salarial ya no es opcional: es una tarea urgente para cualquier equipo de compensaci\u00f3n y beneficios.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gestionar la n\u00f3mina en 2026 no tiene por qu\u00e9 ser un dolor de cabeza<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tres cambios que afectan al salario, a las cotizaciones y a la retroactividad, todos en el mismo a\u00f1o, y todos con plazos que ya est\u00e1n corriendo.
