Esta&nbsp;diversificaci\u00f3n&nbsp;exigi\u00f3&nbsp;la&nbsp;contrataci\u00f3n&nbsp;de m\u00e1s&nbsp;personal, no solo docente, sino&nbsp;tambi\u00e9n&nbsp;administrativo y de&nbsp;soporte.&nbsp;Con&nbsp;esta&nbsp;nueva&nbsp;dimensi\u00f3n, la&nbsp;organizaci\u00f3n&nbsp;asumi\u00f3&nbsp;la&nbsp;necesidad&nbsp;de implantar una&nbsp;soluci\u00f3n&nbsp;tecnol\u00f3gica que&nbsp;permitiera&nbsp;gestionar&nbsp;de forma moderna, integrada y eficiente&nbsp;su&nbsp;capital humano.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Retos espec\u00edficos de la&nbsp;gesti\u00f3n&nbsp;de personas&nbsp;en&nbsp;el entorno&nbsp;universitario<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/wospee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7026\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;realidad&nbsp;universitaria&nbsp;presenta particularidades que la&nbsp;diferencian&nbsp;de&nbsp;otros&nbsp;sectores.&nbsp;En&nbsp;el caso de IQS,&nbsp;gran&nbsp;parte del&nbsp;trabajo&nbsp;se articula&nbsp;en&nbsp;torno a&nbsp;proyectos&nbsp;de&nbsp;investigaci\u00f3n, que&nbsp;requieren&nbsp;la&nbsp;gesti\u00f3n&nbsp;y el&nbsp;seguimiento&nbsp;detallado&nbsp;de&nbsp;m\u00faltiples&nbsp;datos&nbsp;y recursos para justificar&nbsp;inversiones&nbsp;y resultados.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el&nbsp;personal&nbsp;docente&nbsp;universitario&nbsp;en&nbsp;Espa\u00f1a&nbsp;est\u00e1&nbsp;sujeto&nbsp;a sistemas de&nbsp;acreditaci\u00f3n&nbsp;como ANECA a&nbsp;nivel&nbsp;nacional o AQU&nbsp;en&nbsp;Catalunya, que&nbsp;revisan&nbsp;cada seis&nbsp;a\u00f1os&nbsp;el&nbsp;desarrollo&nbsp;profesional&nbsp;de los&nbsp;profesores. Para&nbsp;optar&nbsp;a una&nbsp;nueva&nbsp;categor\u00eda&nbsp;acad\u00e9mica,&nbsp;es&nbsp;necesario&nbsp;demostrar m\u00e9ritos,&nbsp;publicaciones&nbsp;y resultados&nbsp;tangibles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por&nbsp;otro&nbsp;lado, las universidades y centros superiores&nbsp;suelen&nbsp;utilizar&nbsp;herramientas&nbsp;especializadas para la&nbsp;gesti\u00f3n&nbsp;acad\u00e9mica y cient\u00edfica, por lo que&nbsp;cualquier&nbsp;software de RRHH&nbsp;debe&nbsp;poder&nbsp;comunicarse&nbsp;e&nbsp;integrarse&nbsp;con&nbsp;estas plataformas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requisitos identificados al iniciar el&nbsp;proyecto<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"430\" src=\"https:\/\/wospee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7023\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante este contexto, Carlos Bel,&nbsp;Director&nbsp;de Recursos Humanos y&nbsp;Servicios&nbsp;Generales&nbsp;de IQS,&nbsp;defini\u00f3&nbsp;tres&nbsp;necesidades&nbsp;b\u00e1sicas:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Centralizar&nbsp;toda&nbsp;la&nbsp;informaci\u00f3n&nbsp;del personal en una base de&nbsp;datos&nbsp;\u00fanica,&nbsp;accesible&nbsp;y&nbsp;estructurada.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Modernizar y automatizar la&nbsp;gesti\u00f3n&nbsp;administrativa del \u00e1rea, eliminando el papel y agilizando&nbsp;procesos&nbsp;como las solicitudes de&nbsp;vacaciones,&nbsp;ausencias&nbsp;o el&nbsp;registro&nbsp;horario.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mejorar&nbsp;la&nbsp;comunicaci\u00f3n&nbsp;interna mediante&nbsp;un&nbsp;espacio&nbsp;digital que facilitara el&nbsp;acceso&nbsp;a&nbsp;informaci\u00f3n&nbsp;corporativa y&nbsp;permitiera&nbsp;a cada&nbsp;profesional&nbsp;consultar y&nbsp;actualizar&nbsp;sus&nbsp;propios&nbsp;datos.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se&nbsp;establecieron&nbsp;varios&nbsp;criterios&nbsp;clave para&nbsp;seleccionar&nbsp;el software de RRHH&nbsp;adecuado:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Una&nbsp;soluci\u00f3n&nbsp;con&nbsp;amplias funcionalidades&nbsp;est\u00e1ndar, que no implicara&nbsp;costes&nbsp;adicionales&nbsp;por&nbsp;configuraciones&nbsp;sencillas.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un&nbsp;sistema f\u00e1cil de implantar, intuitivo y \u00e1gil&nbsp;en&nbsp;su&nbsp;uso.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Una plataforma&nbsp;en&nbsp;la&nbsp;nube&nbsp;o SaaS, para delegar&nbsp;en&nbsp;el&nbsp;proveedor&nbsp;aspectos&nbsp;como&nbsp;almacenamiento,&nbsp;seguridad, backups y&nbsp;actualizaciones.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Capacidades de&nbsp;integraci\u00f3n&nbsp;con&nbsp;otras&nbsp;herramientas&nbsp;de&nbsp;gesti\u00f3n&nbsp;ya&nbsp;presentes&nbsp;en&nbsp;la&nbsp;instituci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tal como explica Carlos Bel, la\u00a0prioridad\u00a0era contar\u00a0con\u00a0una\u00a0soluci\u00f3n\u00a0\u201cque\u00a0ofreciera\u00a0procesos\u00a0ya\u00a0estructurados\u00a0y\u00a0workflows\u00a0maduros, pero\u00a0con\u00a0la\u00a0flexibilidad\u00a0suficiente para\u00a0adaptarlos\u00a0a la\u00a0realidad\u00a0de IQS\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Por&nbsp;qu\u00e9&nbsp;se&nbsp;apost\u00f3&nbsp;por una&nbsp;soluci\u00f3n&nbsp;est\u00e1ndar<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Con&nbsp;las&nbsp;necesidades&nbsp;bien&nbsp;definidas, IQS&nbsp;recurri\u00f3&nbsp;a&nbsp;un&nbsp;partner&nbsp;tecnol\u00f3gico para identificar la&nbsp;soluci\u00f3n&nbsp;m\u00e1s&nbsp;adecuada. El socio elegido&nbsp;fue&nbsp;SquarePoint, que&nbsp;tras&nbsp;un&nbsp;an\u00e1lisis&nbsp;exhaustivo&nbsp;del mercado&nbsp;propuso&nbsp;la&nbsp;implantaci\u00f3n&nbsp;de&nbsp;Cezanne&nbsp;HR,&nbsp;uno de los software&nbsp;distribuidos&nbsp;en&nbsp;Espa\u00f1a&nbsp;por Wospee.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan&nbsp;To\u00f1o&nbsp;Ruis\u00e1nchez&nbsp;Acebal,&nbsp;Senior&nbsp;Account&nbsp;Manager&nbsp;en&nbsp;SquarePoint,&nbsp;Cezanne&nbsp;HR&nbsp;ofrec\u00eda&nbsp;una base funcional&nbsp;muy&nbsp;s\u00f3lida,&nbsp;configurable&nbsp;y&nbsp;adaptable&nbsp;a las&nbsp;necesidades&nbsp;del centro&nbsp;sin&nbsp;requerir&nbsp;inversiones&nbsp;adicionales.&nbsp;Su&nbsp;car\u00e1cter&nbsp;est\u00e1ndar, pero&nbsp;flexible,&nbsp;permit\u00eda&nbsp;ajustar&nbsp;procesos&nbsp;de&nbsp;manera&nbsp;r\u00e1pida.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;decisi\u00f3n&nbsp;se&nbsp;fundament\u00f3&nbsp;en&nbsp;la&nbsp;facilidad&nbsp;de uso, la&nbsp;agilidad, la&nbsp;capacidad&nbsp;de&nbsp;integraci\u00f3n&nbsp;y el&nbsp;hecho&nbsp;de&nbsp;tratarse&nbsp;de&nbsp;un&nbsp;software SaaS.&nbsp;Ruis\u00e1nchez&nbsp;destaca que la&nbsp;herramienta&nbsp;incorpora&nbsp;flujos&nbsp;y circuitos&nbsp;construidos&nbsp;a partir de numerosas&nbsp;implementaciones&nbsp;en&nbsp;diferentes&nbsp;organizaciones, lo que&nbsp;garantiza&nbsp;procesos&nbsp;eficientes y contrastados.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Implementaci\u00f3n:&nbsp;trabajo&nbsp;conjunto y enfoque&nbsp;pr\u00e1ctico<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El departamento de Recursos Humanos de IQS&nbsp;afrontaba&nbsp;el&nbsp;proyecto&nbsp;con&nbsp;una carga de&nbsp;trabajo&nbsp;especialmente elevada&nbsp;debido&nbsp;al impacto de la COVID-19:&nbsp;reorganizaci\u00f3n&nbsp;de&nbsp;equipos,&nbsp;implantaci\u00f3n&nbsp;de&nbsp;formaci\u00f3n&nbsp;virtual,&nbsp;trabajo&nbsp;remoto,&nbsp;nuevas&nbsp;necesidades&nbsp;de&nbsp;seguimiento&nbsp;horario, entre&nbsp;otros. Por&nbsp;ello,&nbsp;reforz\u00f3&nbsp;temporalmente el equipo y&nbsp;deleg\u00f3&nbsp;en&nbsp;SquarePoint&nbsp;la&nbsp;conducci\u00f3n&nbsp;t\u00e9cnica de la&nbsp;implantaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;proyecto&nbsp;comenz\u00f3&nbsp;en&nbsp;julio&nbsp;de 2020 y la&nbsp;soluci\u00f3n&nbsp;estuvo&nbsp;operativa&nbsp;en&nbsp;diciembre,&nbsp;lanz\u00e1ndose&nbsp;al conjunto de la&nbsp;organizaci\u00f3n&nbsp;en&nbsp;febrero&nbsp;de 2021. \u201cEn&nbsp;apenas&nbsp;cuatro&nbsp;meses,&nbsp;con&nbsp;agosto de&nbsp;por&nbsp;medio y todas las&nbsp;limitaciones&nbsp;del contexto, conseguimos&nbsp;desplegar&nbsp;el sistema&nbsp;con&nbsp;\u00e9xito\u201d, afirma&nbsp;To\u00f1o&nbsp;Ruis\u00e1nchez.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;implantaci\u00f3n&nbsp;se&nbsp;estructur\u00f3&nbsp;en&nbsp;varias&nbsp;fases:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An\u00e1lisis&nbsp;detallado&nbsp;de los&nbsp;procesos&nbsp;y&nbsp;flujos&nbsp;esperados por IQS, adaptando cada caso al&nbsp;funcionamiento&nbsp;del sistema.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Puesta&nbsp;en&nbsp;marcha&nbsp;progresiva&nbsp;de cada&nbsp;flujo,&nbsp;trabajando&nbsp;codo&nbsp;con&nbsp;codo&nbsp;con IQS en un&nbsp;modelo&nbsp;muy&nbsp;colaborativo.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Formaci\u00f3n&nbsp;integrada&nbsp;en&nbsp;el&nbsp;propio&nbsp;despliegue,&nbsp;garantizando&nbsp;que&nbsp;el&nbsp;equipo&nbsp;adquiriera&nbsp;autonom\u00eda&nbsp;y&nbsp;conocimiento&nbsp;operativo&nbsp;sobre&nbsp;la&nbsp;herramienta.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Carlos Bel destaca que participar&nbsp;en&nbsp;todas las fases del&nbsp;proceso&nbsp;les&nbsp;permiti\u00f3&nbsp;comprender&nbsp;la&nbsp;herramienta&nbsp;profundamente, lo que&nbsp;facilit\u00f3&nbsp;el&nbsp;despliegue&nbsp;interno posterior y&nbsp;aport\u00f3&nbsp;seguridad&nbsp;al equipo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Portal del&nbsp;empleado&nbsp;y&nbsp;centralizaci\u00f3n&nbsp;como base del cambio<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/wospee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7029\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para iniciar el uso de&nbsp;Cezanne&nbsp;HR, IQS&nbsp;activ\u00f3&nbsp;primero&nbsp;el m\u00f3dulo&nbsp;People,&nbsp;con&nbsp;dos objetivos estrat\u00e9gicos:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Concentrar toda la&nbsp;informaci\u00f3n&nbsp;de RRHH&nbsp;en&nbsp;una \u00fanica base de&nbsp;datos.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Implantar&nbsp;el&nbsp;portal&nbsp;del&nbsp;empleado,&nbsp;simplificando&nbsp;la&nbsp;comunicaci\u00f3n&nbsp;y la&nbsp;gesti\u00f3n&nbsp;del registro&nbsp;horario.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan&nbsp;Bel, el m\u00f3dulo&nbsp;permiti\u00f3&nbsp;una&nbsp;mejora&nbsp;notable&nbsp;de la operativa administrativa y&nbsp;fue&nbsp;bien&nbsp;recibido&nbsp;por toda la&nbsp;plantilla, que&nbsp;valor\u00f3&nbsp;positivamente las&nbsp;ventajas&nbsp;que&nbsp;introduc\u00eda&nbsp;en&nbsp;su&nbsp;d\u00eda&nbsp;a&nbsp;d\u00eda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, IQS&nbsp;aprovech\u00f3&nbsp;la&nbsp;implantaci\u00f3n&nbsp;para&nbsp;extender&nbsp;el&nbsp;proyecto&nbsp;m\u00e1s&nbsp;all\u00e1&nbsp;de RRHH,&nbsp;empleando&nbsp;la&nbsp;herramienta&nbsp;tambi\u00e9n&nbsp;para favorecer la&nbsp;cohesi\u00f3n&nbsp;interna, el intercambio de&nbsp;informaci\u00f3n, la&nbsp;colaboraci\u00f3n&nbsp;y la&nbsp;participaci\u00f3n&nbsp;organizativa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La&nbsp;automatizaci\u00f3n&nbsp;como&nbsp;soporte&nbsp;de la&nbsp;estrategia<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Al digitalizar y automatizar los&nbsp;procesos&nbsp;administrativos, RRHH&nbsp;pudo&nbsp;dedicar m\u00e1s&nbsp;tiempo&nbsp;a funciones estrat\u00e9gicas.
